RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We strive for 100% satisfaction with all of our merchandise. If for any reason you are not, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full product refund. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Shipping charges are not refunded and a 15% restocking fee applies. Damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. No returns accepted after 30 days from original purchase. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
