What is your return and exchange policy?

We strive for 100% satisfaction with all of our merchandise.  If for any reason you are not, you may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full product refund. Shipping and processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Please contact our Customer Service Team at for a Return Authorization. 

Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

Shipping charges are notrefundedand a 15% restocking fee applies. Damage claims must be reported within 5 business days of receipt. No returns accepted after 30 days from original purchase. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process.
